Meet Jacquelyn Casalina
M.Ed., LPCC-S
I provide therapy in Cleveland, Ohio for adults navigating relationship conflict, fertility experiences, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I work with people who think deeply, care deeply, and are ready to understand themselves in a more honest and intentional way. This may include working through relationship patterns, people-pleasing, family of origin dynamics, or the emotional complexity of fertility and building a family. My approach is psychodynamic and collaborative. We look at how your past shows up in your present, not to stay there, but to understand patterns and shift them. This work is not just about symptom relief. It is about building awareness, regulating anxiety, setting boundaries, and learning how to tolerate uncertainty without shutting down or losing yourself in the process. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals and couples navigating fertility, including those in the LGBTQ+ community, as well as people working through identity, religious trauma, and relationship transitions. I also enjoy working with other therapists and individuals who want depth-oriented, exploratory work that goes beyond surface-level change. I am informed in animal-assisted therapy and incorporate movement-based approaches and sports psychology principles when it fits. I see therapy as a space for real growth. It should support you not just mentally, but in how you relate, make decisions, and move through your life. If you are looking for therapy in Cleveland, Ohio that is empowering, exploratory, and grounded in real insight, I would be glad to connect.
