About Sprout
Modern Wellness. Local Roots.
Sprout Mental Health was created around a simple idea: grow beyond what holds you back.
Mental health is part of how we live, connect, work, grow, and move through the world. Sprout brings together therapy, professional support, and wellness in a way that feels human, approachable, and connected to real life.

Meet Jacquelyn
M.Ed., LPCC-S
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Supervisor and the founder of Sprout Mental Health. I work with teens, adults, and couples, with a particular interest in working with therapists and other mental health professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs, and people navigating relationships, infidelity and betrayal, anxiety, major decisions, and life or career changes.
My work has also been shaped by years of incorporating animals into the therapeutic process, including working alongside my therapy dog, Kennedy. I believe therapy can happen through conversation, connection, movement, mindfulness, and sometimes the presence of an animal who has a way of changing the energy in the room.
My approach is psychodynamic and collaborative. We’ll explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you while also paying attention to what’s happening in the present, including your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and environment. Our well-being rarely exists in just one of those places.
Therapy with me is thoughtful and conversational, with room for curiosity, honesty, humor, and challenge when it’s helpful.
I offer therapy in person in Willoughby, Ohio, and virtually throughout Ohio.
